Delivery Notes

Delivery is approximately 3 to 5 working days and is usually carried out between 8am and 6pm, a signature will be required.

All Goods supplied by the Company shall be delivered to the Customer kerbside at the address specified in the order. The Customer shall make all arrangements as necessary to take delivery of the Goods and when the Goods are left at the delivery address, the responsibility for those Goods transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

Please check the external condition of the Goods and where possible the Order carefully before accepting it, it can be very difficult to claim for any damages or missing tiles once you have received and accepted delivery. Our products are fragile by nature, if damaged in transit it will be deemed to be acceptable by the Customer if there are 1 or 2 broken tiles among the Goods delivered. Often you can use these tiles for cuts. 

Faulty or damaged Goods should be reported as quickly as possible. No claims for damaged Goods shall be accepted unless the Company is notified in writing within 48 hours of delivery of the Goods. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence of damages. Please see our Terms & Conditions; no claim can be made once tiles are fixed as installation is deemed as acceptance of size, shape, texture, colour and shade variation.

We do not offer a returns policy. Please see 7.1 and 9.2 in our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Cancelled Goods should be returned in an acceptable and re-saleable condition, ensuring that they are packaged sufficiently and not damaged in transit. It is the Customers responsibility for any cost incurred in returning the Goods and packaging them for transit.
